Meine Frage: Hat hier jemand Erfahrungen mit solchen Edelstahlradmuttern?
Ich habe meinen Satz übrigens in England bestellt. 16 Stück für zusammen 68 Euro; das macht 4,25 Euro pro Stück. Das ist weniger als die Hälfte des Preises, den einige Anbieter hier in Deutschland verlangen. Unglaublich, aber wahr: Ich habe hier schon Preise von 9 bis 10 Euro pro Mutter gesehen!
Da machen die 10 Euro Versandkosten aus UK den Kohl auch nicht mehr fett.

Der Anbieter/Hersteller aus Tamworth schreibt dazu Folgendes: "I started this project off because I was asked to look at supplying a well known (in TSSC circles) concours standard restorer when he was disappointed with the quality and cost of re-plated wheel nuts and the cost of buying new original equipment nuts. These nuts are engineered to look to all intents just like the Originals. They are made from S303 grade Stainless Steel. This is often known as ‘Marine Grade’ stainless. It has very good corrosion resistance, as well as good cutting properties along with excellent mechanical properties which comfortably equal the strength of mild steels."
